Job Description-
Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to prospects/ leads and following up on leads.
· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
· Creating and maintaining a database of prospects.
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
· Upselling products and services.
· Researching and qualifying new leads.
· Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
· Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
· Responsible closing deals and processing payments
· Responsible for customer follow-up
· Developing leads and referrals
· Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting
with prospects
Skills-
· Previous experience in an outbound call (sales Profile) or a related sales position preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Hindi Language)
· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
· Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong listening and sales skills.
· Ability to achieve targets.
· Familiarity with software sales / solution sales environments.
· Independent thinker and worker, who can take cues and direction from leaders and others and find innovative ways to reach goals \ desired results
